We keep trying to find ways to communicate with you and especially with any new technology.

Be sure to put this web site in your "favorites" file so you can access it easily. Announcements will be placed here instead of sending a newsletter so be sure to check frequently. We can save many trees this way as well as save money that can be used on our children.

If you know someone who does not have access to the internet or does not know how to use it, be sure to print it out or at least tell them about anything new. Be sure we have your email address and that of others who are not receiving our newsletters - as well as their postal address and phone number.

Holy Redeemer turns 125... Save the date of Sept 9, 2007. On this Sunday Holy Redeemer Grade School will have an open house to celebrate the 125th anniversary of our founding by the IHM sisters in 1882. The open house will be 1:00 - 3:00 pm after the 12:00 noon Mass. This Mass will be bi-lingual and parking scarce - so come early!

Let us know what you have been doing ... There have been several requests to publish what alums have been doing. If you would like to be included in this, please submit this information.

We need contact information for class representatives for all years! If you, or someone you know is a class representative, email your information with the year you graduated to hralumni@holyredeemer.net. These reps are not necessarily those who were officers in your class. It is whoever wants to take the initiative in keeping up the address list for the class. When we get a new address for someone, we let you know and you let us know. This way, when class reunions are planned, no one will be left out.

Besides Redeemer's web site, you can also use Classmates.com as well as the IHM sisters who advertise reunions from all schools at ihmsisters.org. Go to alumni reunions and just follow the directions. You type what you want.

Last year’s reunion was a smashing success. Alums filled the huge ballroom, bar, and restaurant at Monaghan K of C.. See media page for photos.

This year’s event will be on September 21, Friday, starting at 6:00 pm. Once again there will be no admission charge. Monaghan K of C serves delicious fish dinners on Fridays beginning at 5:00 until 8:00 pm. There will be a cash bar; munchies will be served at the tables. Former teachers will be invited again – this seemed to be a hit last year. By the way, if you know where they are, let us know or ask them to contact us. We haven’t found everyone yet!

Of course we will have our popular 50-50 raffles which you so generously supported last year as well as our big prize raffle. We have reduced the cost of the ticket to make it more affordable – It used to be $100, then $25, and this year you can get it for a mere $15. Just think, only $15 for the same great jackpot prizes!
