Preschool Requirements

To register for preschool, your child must fulfill the following requirements:​

• Children must reach the age of three (3) on or before September 1st of the year they are entering the program. 

• Preschool students should be "potty trained" 

 

In addition, you are required to provide the documents listed below:​

• Copy of certified birth certificate

• Current physical health form 

• Current immunization information completed by a physician

• Baptism record (if applicable)

Kindergarten Requirements

To register for kindergarten, your child must fulfill the following requirements:​

• Children must reach the age of five (5) on or before September 1st of the current school year.

• Child passes any kindergarten readiness exam administered by Holy Redeemer staff.

 

In addition, you are required to provide the documents listed below:​

• Copy of certified birth certificate

• Current physical health form 

• Current immunization information completed by a physician

• Baptism record (if applicable)

Grade School Requirements

To register for grades 1-8, you must provide:​

• Most recent report card with verification of grade level and attendance

• Latest standardized testing scores.

• Copy of certified birth certificate

• Current physical health form 

• Current immunization information completed by a physician

• Verification of debts paid in Archdiocesan schools previously attended

Students entering  grades 3 - 8 must take an entrance exam, have a letter of recommendation from their previous school and go through an interview process at Holy Redeemer before final review for acceptance.
