In December, our students in grades three through eight completed a Christmas STEM challenge. Students designed containers to protect eggs from impact, using only three types of material, tape, one ziplock bag, and… wrapping paper! At the University of Notre Dame, Jazmin Zamudio studies alongside some of the brightest students in the nation. Thanks to Holy Redeemer and Cristo Rey, Jazmin claims that her ability to handle the heavy academic workload is better than some of her peers.
